• 1½ cups half-and-half or cream
• 1½ cups milk
• ½ cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon flavourer
• ½ teaspoon seasoned
• 1 tablespoon chocolate
• 1 teaspoon instant low granules
1. Place chocolate and low granules in a massive bowl. Set aside.
2. In a medium pan, add milk and half-and-half and warmth to steaming.
3. Add sugar to take advantage of the mixture, and stir to mix. Come back mixture to steaming however NOT boiling.
4. Once the mixture is hot, take away from heat. Add flavourer and seasoned and stir to mix.
5. Pour hot mixture into a bowl of chocolate. Whisk to mix.
6. Transfer to an instrumentation with lid. Store in white goods, and shake before use.
