Enjoying good food is a pleasure in life, let alone accompanied by dear family. In this edition, still with culinary delights in Pasuruan City, precisely in Bangil area and one of local foods menu, I found one of the nice eating places which is currently one of my goals to enjoy the culinary. “Warung Setia”, located at Jalan Pattimura, Pogar, Bangil, Pasuruan, East Java, became our alternative destination.
One of the foods that become a mainstay in this eating place is “rawon”, food that comes from East Java is already widely known. The pleasure of black brown rawon sauce comes from kluwek and other spices. Kluwek is useful as an anti-cholesterol, preservatives, antiseptic and contain beta carotene and local foods menu calories. Alloys of spices and kluwek create tasty rawon taste and delicious.
Actually, rawon food is already scattered in various cities in East Java and can be called local food express menu, and almost every city in East Java has unique and delicious rawon rice stalls, especially around the north coast of East Java.
In essence all rawon sauce has a similarity that is black colored sauce. Black rawon sauce is not fatty, which only consists of spices and kluwek. In the gravy there is also no meat. The side dish is a tender beef with soft and soft texture. Sauce flavor is very delicious, delicious and fresh. There is a fresh taste that stands out this because the gravy does not have a fatty broth
Other complementary menus in Warung Setia are hot tea, coffee, warm orange and orange ice. Visitors to this loyal stall are mostly loyal customers who used to have this place once occupied a small dining place and now moved to a vast place. Other customers are buying to be wrapped, for breakfast at home. In addition to rawon menu, which became the mainstay food here is gule and pecel which can be an option to eat.
