  3. When the water temperature has reached more than 160 degrees celsius, this sugar solution will melt. It's just that the caramel color that formed is still clear white. So the cooking process still has to be done.
  4. Add lemon juice to the pan to prevent the clear caramel syrup from crystallizing. Otherwise, this crystallized granulated sugar will clump so that its form turns solid.
  5. Keep this caramel syrup thicken. When it thickens, you can turn the flame on the stove into a small one.
  6. Cook this caramel solution while continuing to stir steadily. Watch the color! Caramel syrup can be said to be finished when the color appears golden brown.
