The Al Ettifaq vs Al Nassr match which took place at Prince Mohamed bin Fahd Stadium ended with Ettifaq winning.
Al Nassr without Cristiano Ronaldo
In this match, Al Nassr was without its star, Cristiano Ronaldo, who was rested after leading the team to win the Arab Club Champions Cup.
The smell of Liverpool was on the rise in this match with several former players defending two different camps. Uniquely, both served as captains.

Meanwhile, in the Al Ettifaq camp, there is Jordan Henderson. The former Liverpool captain is now captain of Ettifaq, under the direction of Liverpool legend Stevan Gerrard.
Gerrard could eventually bring Al Ettifaq around the tide. At the beginning of the second half, Henderson et al could equalize through Robin Quaison's goal in the 47th minute.
After that, Ettifaq could turn in the lead after Moussa Dembele scored from close range in the 53rd minute. The match ended with Al Ettifaq's victory over Al Nassr with a score of 2-1.
