Beth England, Rachel Daly, and Alex Greenwood also did their job well, converting penalties in a 4-2 shootout win for the European Cup champions, in which one player was sent off for a red card.
"It's amazing. Whatever this team puts out, we show what we're capable of," Kelly told the BBC. "We tried harder as a team and we believe in our abilities."

England played with 10 men late on after forward Lauren James, their top scorer with three goals in the group stage, was sent off in the 87th minute because the shoe pool was on Michelle Alozie's body after the two fell in a duel.
