CULINARY EVENT PROBOLINGGO:TOYOTA EVENT — “AUTO 2000”

Enjoy a culinary event or activity must be fun, so too with me at the moment following the culinary event organized by one of the major institutions that existed in the town of Probolinggo. Although a private company but this company is one of the influential national companies nationally and internationally. The company is engaged in the sale and servicing of four-wheeled vehicles.

Toyota — AUTO 2000 Probolinggo, held an event to triumph over prenatal Toyota branches of Probolinggo when following a festival held by Toyota AUTO 2000 “the Jakarta Headquarters to commemorate the birthday of Toyota’s year “AUTO 2000s” in the year 2017.

There are 3 (three) culinary specialties are invited to enliven the event I.e. “Angkringan Cak Kasan” with savory rice wrapper leaves are burned and burnt leaves wrap the rice, goat spit and ice mix as a dessert.

In Thanksgiving, in particular I only see the activities of the team of Angkringan Cak Kasan who do thorough preparation to prepare rice dishes grilled in banana leaves wrapper with the team of Toyota Probolinggo.

In General, the teams start early “Angkringan Cak Kasan” preparing all dishes grilled savory rice and some kind of rice leave by burning rice wrap and prepare Satay dishes for the event.

Specifically the dishes after a burning within a few minutes and then arranged in a tray or “tampah” (i.e. the place for food shaped round bamboo) which could be for 4 to 5 persons per “tampah.” Presented in a sitting. After the rice is prepared and the event started, “tampah” which contains the grilled rice served in the midst of participants to enjoy while enjoying the entertainment, with the first opened by the head of the branch of Toyota Auto 2000 Probolinggo-Mr. Indra.

After preparation and savory rice burn from the team “Angkringan Cak Kasan” done for the team of “Angkringan Cak Kasan” can go home even though the event was not completed because the task of the team “Angkringan Cak Kasan” has been completed.
