How to Buy Tickets at Access By KAI

Access by KAI is an application resulting from improved performance from the KAI Access application that KAI has launched since 2014. 

Changed its name in 2023, here's how to buy train tickets on the Access by KAI application: 

  • Open the Access by KAI app 
  • Sign in or sign in with a registered account 
  • Select the "Intercity" menu to purchase long-distance train tickets or the "Local" menu to purchase local train tickets. 
  • Enter departure station, destination, date, and number of passengers 
  • Press the "Search Tickets" button
  • Select the desired train 
  • Fill in personal data in the form of booker data and passenger data 
  • Prospective passengers can also select seats by clicking "Select Seat", and then clicking "Save" 
  • Double-check and make sure the name and departure time are correct 
  • Click "Pay Now" and select a payment method 
  • Make the payment before the time runs out. 
  • After paying, prospective passengers will receive a booking code 

When the day of departure arrives, prospective passengers can make a boarding pass at the station through the Access by KAI application without the need to print tickets.
